Hello everybody!
I presently live in Abu Dhabi, but I've been once in Al Ain. It's amazing, I mean, I've heard, that it's the greenest place in UAE, but I hadn't believed, before I saw it.
I've been in Zoo, which is nice. But the most spectacular place is Jebel Hafeet mountain. It's not the highest mountain in UAE (the 2nd place), but it's the highest one where you can reach the top of mountain. Especially the sight is nice at the sun set with view on Oman. It's great if you have your own car, but you can even go with a taxi and just ask a driver to wait you for some time.
Also there is Green Mubazzarah at the foothills of Jebel Hafeet. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time during my last visit, but I know, that it's very nice place as well. It's a picnic/ camping area with hot-spring streams, grass and chalets...
I'll come one more time for sure!
