Hello to all, I can not find any law/rule re the rights of Maltese citizen parent. Does anybody can help please?

I would think that unless the parent is dependent on the Maltese Citizen because of age/health reasons then they have no more rights than any other TCN.

When we were discussing what rights of residency would apply for UK citizens following Brexit, Identity Malta told us that there were not normally any residency rights for a parent unless reliant on the resident family member, only for children under either 18 or 21(not sure which)
