my Lisbon hard job-searches

I'm emigrant twelve years living in Lisbon. Having no diploma recognition here I get every job from my skills and experience. Enough experienced in retail sales as supermarket sales assistant (Lisbon PingoDoce, Nice Intermarché, St.Petersburg MAXID0M) I've been staying out of job here for nine months after came this year back in Lisbon. I'm subscribed in fiftheen recruiting agencies such as Adecco, Kelly, Randstad, Talenter, Timing, Eurofirms that cannot find me job. They don't reply at all or provide me with their unic same to Randstad's answer as if they have any candidate with stronger profile. 0h, yes! sometimes these recruiters call me to partake so called 'competition'. It's when all those their pretty smiling young girls pushing their favourites forward left me behind. I'm also looking for fit job with internet but I've never met on-line anouncement 'sales assistants're required' except pleanty of fake posts spread all-over net (sort of decoys from weaving their networks spoilful cyber-k-board-button-pressers they used to benefit from). I also uselessly tried many times join one of those isolated streams of bohemian all-by-protection youth building their pyramyds called 'call-centres'.

As I noticed Portuguese job-market is divided into national sectors. Most of job-offers are distributed among national community-members here. Almost all hotelery jobs are filled up with immigrants. This period they can call you for some hours of extra-work per month. Every restaurant belongs to community of its expats that used to hire strangers for such hard works as all-by-hand-dish-washing. So for me it's hard to find job since I don't belong to no one of them (non-living as real community my expats never help to each-other). It's no chances for me to be hired with job-agency cause no one idiot will pay for all their fees for sales assistant. Nobody wants to get any assistant they hunt for ranked specialists. Here every manager has his team and when they need anyone they choose candidates from their nearest circles (just enough to open full-of-contacts phone-notebook). My opportunities are limited since I've no close friend that could recommend me to work at any field of my interest.
