Sponsor runaway without paying salary

Greetings

I was working for a company which dose not pay me salary . I put a case in labour court . The judgment cane in my favour. But the owner of the company is citizen of baharin . So he left u.A.E without paying my dues and he is not coming back

How can I get my salaries
