Medical Check up need or not???

The first time I came to Singapore and work with Spass a year ago. At that time I had to do medical check up to issue the Spass from MOM. As the second time , I arrive back to Singapore to work with Spass as well. But this time is not necessary to do the medical check up said by my employer. I do not understand why. Is this real or any new update changes regards to medical check up by MOM???

Could you please answer my question? Please anyone who know this case???

MoM will tellyou or your employer whether a medical check is needed or not.

The criteria to decide this are not public, so just follow their advice!
