Type D visa stay without rent agreement

I have type D limited visa valid till 29 may 2024. I come in Brussels on 5 th August 2023 and staying in business apartment 3 month and vacate it on 5th November now I am living on temperory accomodation till Feb 1st week and in February I want to go to India for 1 month of family visit after that I will come back in March.

Did Belgium authority allow me to enter because I heard that if I don't have address in my RP card authority will not allow me to enter and deport me.

My visa have multiple entry.
