My EP got Invalid

my employees applied for the EP on October after applied they required additional documnet to outcome and mention like this.

Dear Sir/Madam

We refer to your recent Employment Pass application. We are unable to process your application at this time.

We need these document(s) from you to decide on the outcome of this case:

• A copy of the candidate's employment contract with the employer, showing the breakdown of the candidate's salary, including any portion paid by overseas employer (if any).

• is it numberin, an me, es on and foreign, tang

• Latest 3 months' corporate bank records reflecting electronic payment of salaries to the organisation's employees.

• Employer's latest financial statements or audited latest annual revenue report (FY2022)

• To include a copy of support letter for the applicant, justifying the high proposed salary with reference to applicants job scope, roles, qualifications and relevant work experience.

and all this documnet is submitted by my employer and last moment they invalid my EP any reason of this if anyone know.

i applied on chef position i did Professional in diploma Culinary Arts 4 years experience relevant field ???
