Indemnity period and Termination

My madam terminated my contract because I refused to sign a warning letter. And I also refused to sign the termination letter, but rather ,I signed the warning letter with the condition that I will go in 2months when my contract finished. I want to know if I will be entitled to my indemnity immediately my contract finished or I have to get another visa before she can pay my Indemnity??.

Indemnity is to be paid regardless on a work visa.
