Hello Sir/Madame,

Good day!

I need your thoughts and recommendation because I was resigned last October 18, 2023 in my second company (I was transfer to this company)the reason I leave the company  because of the low and delayed salaries. I give them 1 month advance noticed period to find replacement on my job. Currently I am already in my new company (3rd company) and started new work but my status in QIWA is Approved- Employee waiting for completion date. However, my second company (previous company) give me Final Exit Visa. My previous company told me to pay the remaining months until July 2024 and it cost 28,000 sar under article 77 In order to cancel the final exit visa. My question is, can my new employer cancel the final exit visa after completion date of my QIWA and during the transfer it will be successful? Another things is , can my previous employer have a right to give final exit visa even I was transfer only to their company?  Do I need to go to Philippine embassy for advice? Please help.

@roniepontos Sir did you receive any advice about your case? My husband also has Approved - Pending Employee transfer completion in his Qiwa and his current employer refused to release him until now he is still working with the current employer. They are suggesting him Final Exit but my husband also refused.
