@mmrabet128 if the appointment is for capacity to marry, then the British Embassy offers just 2 appointments per day in the mornings. appointments usually go very quickly and most times there is a wait of 2-3 months. best to check every day in the mornings around 8am. sometimes there might be a cancellation so you might get a appointment quicker. good luck

@mmrabet128 thats great, congratulations. the process at the embassy is very simple and straight forward. the staff are very friendly and helpful too. the hard part is getting an appointment.

The embassy appointment system is crazy! ive been waiting like 4 days for them to release 10 april dates lol its pot luck really, and go super fast. i have one booked for march, but need an april appointment, so my march one could be available if i get my appointment 😂 good luck and congratulations 🥳

How do I book ab appointment? Do I have to go through gov website and enter all our details which then takes me to a portal or is there a website I can just log into?

@yasmin21 i cant seem to find a direct link. but i did it on the gov website. go to gov.co.uk and search British Embassy Morocco and look for 'Administer an oath, affirmation or affidavit (including marriage)'. dont forget to do your criminal check before you go to speed things up. good luck.

@Yasmin21 the gov website takes you straight to it, or search consular appointments either Rabat or Marrakesh. as crazy as it sounds search around 1am and around 6am, i managed to get my appointment this morning at 120am its been driving me mad there is a fee i believe £75 but do that after you get your appointment, or can be done during your appointment card payment only. best of luck x

I'll keep an eye out for you. it is frustrating to get one. The best time I noticed for them to release appointments is in the morning between 1 am and 8 am but if i find one ill book it and contact you so you can get it. I booked mine for 25th April but wish to get an earlier one  between 8 and 15 April hopping someone canceled if not ill have to change my flight

Hi there, so the british embassy only does appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They are released 3 months in advance. 5th August would be a Monday so you won't be able to get one for this date. But exactly 3 months and 1 week before the 6th August which would be a Tuesday look every day

does anyone know.. do you have to get married within 3 months of the affidavit being issued? or can you submit papers to the court and then use the approval to get married
