Active final exit visa after exiting KSA

I already left KSA on a final visa since January 2023 why my exit visa is still active in muqeem portal? Processing to get my money from alrajhi thru email. They want proof that I'm outside ksa. l showed the stamps in my passport but they won't believe me since final exit visa is still active.

The validity of your final exit visa is 60 days and you went to your home country in January 2023, so it doesn't make sense your final exit visa is active or valid...

Any updates on this? I have the same issue, Al Rajhi bank is not accepting the proof of exit I submitted because my exit visa is showing as active in muqeem.
