Hola all,

I’ve been silent for a while, but wanted to stop by to wish you all peace, love, joy, and health this holiday season and throughout 2024. I’m still living in the US and I’ve been reading your posts religiously. This forum is a great resource and I cannot think you guys enough for sharing your experiences, expertise, advice, suggestions, recommendations, etc. I am learning a lot from you and I appreciate you all. Some of my friends are impressed with what I am able to share with them about the DR & wrongly believe that I’m now a ‘subject matter expert” when it comes to DR Expat Life😂🤣😂

Anyway, i’m still working on my “exit strategy”and am getting closer to starting a new construction in one of the residential communities on the North Coast (resale did not work for me). I am very exited at prospect of building the villa & becoming your neighbor in a not too distant future. I must warn you though, I will be privately messaging you some of you seeking your advices as I get closer to the finish line.
