Age: 38 years

Nationality : Indian (Tamil)

Salary: ~ 220K annually in Finance

Wife: Not working

Children: 2 daughters (4 yrs old & the other was born in Singapore earlier this year)

Currently in Singapore for the last 1.5yrs. Also my sibling  and his family are SPR.

Was planning to apply once I complete 2 yrs in Singapore. Any thoughts on when its best to apply for PR?

Normally I advice people to wait with a PR application until they complete three years in Singapore.

But you seem to tick more boxes than usual (high income, desirable industry, family with kids - only nationality is bad, although Tamils are more welcome than others), so you might have a chance even earlier.

But you must apply together with all family members!

Thanks beppi!

Agreed with Beppi.  But, I know an Indian family who got their PR in less than 2 years in SG. There are some exceptional cases. Good luck

Thanks surya2k!
