Father/SurName change not mentioned on degree Passport for Culture

Hi,

if anyone is facing issues in Pakistan because of sur name change/not mentioned in degree or passport so he can contact me. i can help you by telling you the possible solutions by which saudi culture may accept your degree for attestation !!!
