Mumaris new qualifications and visa vilidity

I got my work visa which is valid till March and Hospital is requesting for classification, I submitted documents for new qualifications study which might take a while, it is written in my offer that I register on mumaris, /provide signed undertaking letter. Can I write an undertaking letter so I can travel and start working while I awaited the qualifications to be completed. Please I need advise
