Tasheel filed case against me for pay all remaning balance for personal loan, total 14k, i paid 6k,

my account is frozen , i can use my half salary or not ?

If your bank account is frozen, then you can't use it. May be you have not paid monthly installments as per the agreed schedule with Tasheel. That's why they filed a case against you. Any how you can reconfirms from your bank or you can check with your ATM card.
