Remove company bank account user after transfer to new employer

Hi.

I recently transferred to new employer in saudi arabia.

Old employer created initiator user for company account on my iqama number.

Since legally I'm not hus employee, I want to remove link with old company bank from my Iqama.

You can't. The employer has to do that with the bank. Just make sure you don't give your login and password to anyone so it can't be misused. If they don't do it then whenever your Iqama expiry date in bank systems is reached, the account will be removed - as on your new Iqama, the new employer will be there.
