Hello!

I recently bought a part of a house in Akmene district. I do not live in Lithuania and I have no intention to do so in the near future.

Therefore I would need some "remote hands", i.e. someone who does some kind of janitor work and little repairs and maybe will know other people who will be needed such as electrician, carpenter, you name it. The part of the house is in need for a full refurbishment.

Ideally that person would be able to communicate in English.

If someone knows somebody, then let's talk. Or I would be happy for some recommendations.
