Appeal application

I was calling behalf of Mariat G ,just want to know about her appeal process,


she got a new employer they submitted her paper in id malta,

But it's got rejected to due appeal decision is pending,


Is it possible to withdraw appeal and resubmit my application ?

Or if She withdraw appeal,is she become illegal?

Please clarify
