I have test VIP service on China mobile today, it's the worst one i never saw.

start by having 1 people before me, then 3, then 8, then 5 then 6 then, after 3h waiting it was my turn.

VIP for what?

i will try another brand and compare.

the company may developed different grades to distinguish the service, maybe you've heard this: golden card, siliver card and bronze card,similar to 3 stars, 4stars, 5starts . then when you encountered such situations, they have a quite good excuse to tell you. OH, the people infront is a VVVIP or he has a golden card, something like that. VIP Depends on how much money you invest with the bank! at SPD BANK, where I have VIP availablilty, as soon as I walk into the bank, I ask the agent to notify the bank manager and he brings him to me within 2 minutes. No waiting lines, etc. Which bank are you talking about?
