Regarding fathers name as family name

Hello,

In my visa document my family name is provided as my fathers name. Actually in my passport my Surname is different. Is this common, will it cause any issues in travelling to oman, or during immigration.

@ajithjec Yes. It will an issue later when the time of visa approval or immigration. Better to get a legal Affidavit document which prove these two different sir names are belongs to one person. You need to get it from your home town. We took it for our mom visa approval
