certified world bank letter

Post new topic

Hello everyone,

I left on final exit and emptied my account before travelling, I however did not close the account, my end of service ended up in my account even though I had submitted a guarantor letter to my place of work before travelling. they did not send it to the guarantor bank they sent it to my account.

Now I am trying to recover that amount from Al Rajhi but they need a " A certified World Bank letter stating the account number, the SWIFT code number and the client’s name." does anyone have experience with this? what exactly does this mean? I have submitted my bank details with a stamp from the bank but they rejected that. any inputs are welcome.

Thank you
