Student jobs area mechelen-brussels

I am a month in belgium as a international student who really needs a job. I have made so many applications but if and when called they say i need Dutch. I dont understand why they call me in the first place and then say they really need dutch as my cv clearly shows u dont speak dutch yet.

Any legal job links will be highly appreciated.

@Victoria93 on the flemmish side of the country it depends on which job you applied for but they are many opportunities for an english speaker as well on that side

@kennypierrot07 thanks for the response. i am app for student jobs as warehouse, waiting and even cleaning. do you have any concrete idea/advice or any links that could help me get?

You need to speak the local language.

@Victoria93 personally for me i wouldnt know i work on the french side , but jobs like manual labor dont require languages , i personally dont know any job offer on the side of mechelen but if you need help i can help you find one mainly in antwerp

@kennypierrot07 thank you. am ope to start  in antwerp as well. antwerp to mechelen is -+25 mins by train. i am a student so cant work full time.
