My wife is from Belgium and has been living in the US for 7 years and has obtained citizenship so she has dual citizenship. We are considering moving to Belgium and have started looking up information. I'm getting conflicting information from various websites regarding if I need a visa. Some sites say I need to file for a long term D visa and others say that since I'm the spouse of an EU citizen that I don't need a visa and just need to register within 10 days and apply for a residence permit. What's the best way to go about getting the correct information and/or do you know the proper steps for an easy move?
