Do you think possible to swim in Hanoï ?
Are there hotels with swimming pools accepting people that they don't host ? Is there entering tickets ? Or maybe having a cocktail and swimming ?

Best thing for you to do is go to some hotels and ask for a swim pass. WE do this here in the Delta at the Mekong Hotel, Cost is 25 k per person.
