How ''Short'' can my shorts be here in kuwait for a guy?

I usually wear VERY short shorts back home because I like spending time in the beach and its really hot here so is there a dress code for MEN who wear shorts like really SHORT above the knee level. Kinda like as short as boxers. [moderated : keep that kind of information for yourself] ;p
