I want to visit Libya as a tourist. I want to know about Libyan culture. How can i get visa for Libya. From whom can i get invitation letter?

You are probably best to go as part of a packaged tour party. They can arrange all the visas, etc for you.

To get a tourist visa in Libya is just to impossible. It is better to come as tourist in package tour. If there exist a rule the process and unprofessional and lazy system makes it impossible to get this.
