How to deal with salary delay and rudeness ?

Dear all

I need suggestion for the I m working in restaurant there still I waiting for the salary runing 4th month kindly tell process what we can do get our salary ontime how to take action against employer who is very rude and cutting salary and not giving settlement of employees and passport.
