My father has been living in Spain for 20yrs he is now in San Javier .. he is 89 and dying of cancer and hasn't got much time left but seems he has nothing in place regarding his business affairs, he has car and static caravan he wants to leave me be he doesn't and we don't know how to go about it any help would be gratefully received regarding solicitors (English speaking) how to sell his van/car it's an absolute nightmare

Just go to a notari and bring your ID and they will assist you to fill oit the form. if you need my notari's coordinates, just reply with this message.
