good morning. I have a strange question WRT to income tax returns in Belgium. I came to Belgium as dependent of my spouse who was deputed to Belgium. My Spouses company had filed income tax returns for us combined and we are supposed to get some amount (X) as return together. How ever the company is taking away the whole returns, I cam understand that due to dual taxation what ever returns my spouse get on her wages can be claimed by her company but can they claim my returns too? Its a weird question to ask but any help would be greatly appreciated
