Student pass visa rejection can affect my visit pass or not

I studied one year for top up bachelor degree in Nanyang Institute of Management in Singapore in 2023. Then I worked with work permit for four months. After discussing with the country manager of London School of business, I decided to continue my study. So I resigned my job and I applied Acca course for accounting, it has 13 subject and it can take about 3 years. My student visa is rejected 2 times in June.

What might be the main causes for student visa rejection?

How can we know our documents that ICA have?

Can the student pass visa rejection affect on my further work in Singapore?

Can I travel Singapore in this July?
