ICSE and CBSE Schools in Singapore

Dear Friends 
Planning to shift to Singapore by March 2010. Having 2 sons of 9yrs and 3 yrs age. Elder one is going to 3rd Standard(ICSE) and yonger one will be starting the school during 2010 session. Which school would you suggest for my kids.
How about housing? Need 3 bedroom condo? with a rent range of SD 5000-6000. What are the good localities to live in. My Office is in OCBC centre. Prefer to live close to my kids school.
