Iqama renewal and dependent visa

Hello friends,

I am stuck in a complicated situation related to my Iqama renewal and dependent visa:

1. My iqama is valid till 16th July 2024

2. Unfortunately due to some personal exigency, me and family had to travel back to home country on 26th June. Iqama renewal was pending that time.

3. I took the exit re entry visa for my family but due to some rule, the exit re entry was issued for 3rd July.

4. Now my family cound not travel because we could not finish the work.

5.i was not able to extend the exit re entry visa because of some rule which does not allow the renewal.

6. Now my Iqama renewal process started and they are asking me to pay dependent fee for my family so that they can renew the iqama.

7. But seems like since the exit re entry visa is expired, I am not able to pay the dependent fee.

8 and due to which the sponsor is not able to renew my Iqama.

9. Its stuck in the circle.

Pls help what can be done. Need urgent help.
