University Recognition

Many Visas for skilled workers state that the university from a foreign university should be recognized in Germany and can be checked on the Anabin website. I've not found any information for the following question, so I wanted to ask here.

If a university is fully recognized (H+), but none of the degrees at that university are listed does that mean that the specific degree must be recognized too or does that mean the degree is also already fully recognized because the university is fully recognized?

I do not know the definitive answer - please contact ANABIN for that!

But since universities abroad could be good in one subject and bad in another (or add a new subject, which German regulators did not assess yet), I expect that an individual recognition of a degree is needed - not a blanket recognition of a whole school.
