Hey everyone

I am looking  for advice from fellow South Africans who have successfully applied for an employment visa for Germany.

I have found a job and have got all the necessary paperwork

Any ideas on how long the actual process takes?

Advice on how I can go about obtaining a favorable speedy approval of my employment visa?

Hope to get some good news from the forum

Hi.  My husband applied work a work visa (has a job offer) in Cape Town about 3 weeks ago.  He has to start his job in Germany on 1 Nov.  We are hoping to get the Visa next week.  The process was tough but if your paperwork is in order then you should not have a problem.  They did ask for extras ie his qualification certificate.  so have that on hand.  I am also working hand in hand with the agency in Germany to try speed up the Visa process.
Lets hope it all works out ok. Good luck and sure your app will be successful too.
