Dependent to Investor visa

I have a WLL company. I want to add my wife into my company as Investor from her current dependent status.

What is the procedure. I have access to EMS.

Read above. Cancel dependent visa. Apply for investor visa through EMS.

After cancelling does she need to leave Bahrain and again take medical from her country and then come back on investor visa?

No. She can stay here. But will have to do medical here in Bahrain (as she was on dependent visa and they don't do medicals).

So I should add her as a share holder in my CR and then change her visa to investor visa?

How much time would the process take normally?

Yes add. Cancel dependent visa. Apply for investor visa. Time will vary. Could be 3-4 weeks even.
