Solar Panels in Cap Cana (CENETUR)

Does anyone have experience with solar panels on their villa within Cap Cana?  We are about to start a build, but have read the horror stories about CEPM and their lack of enablement of grid tied systems.  I know that Cap Cana uses CENETUR, the private provider of power within Cap Cana, but have not read anything about their acceptance (or not) of grid tied solar.

We are really interested in powering critical loads (AC + Pool Pump) from solar.  Some newer products can take direct input from solar panels (EG4 Solar AC / Sunray Solar Pump), but would like to tie in batteries for powering the loads in the evening.  Modern Hybrid Inverters also have "no export" functions to not export power back to the grid if the utility does not allow, but can't find much information on CENETUR's stance on grid tied solar systems.

If anyone has information it would be much appreciated!
