I want to recommend my immigration attorney in Bavaro

We talked to 4 different attorneys to assist in our immigration process and picked Jenny. She has a small office just up the street from the Friusa / Bavaro corner. She came from a recommendation of a friend who used her services in the past.

She has went WAY above what I expected from our attorney to do and I am so thankful for her help.

A couple days ago, we met her (not an assistant) in the Santo Domingo immigration office to turn in our paperwork for our Immigration and Cedula. There was a glitch in my wife's paperwork and they wanted a document that we didn't have. Jenny discussed this with them and made them aware that a US INS apostille document would take up to 4 months to produce (2 months just to get an appointment with INS to get a certified copy - then 4-8 weeks for the State Department to prove its authenticity and apostille it).

Jenny convinced them that if  they continued processing my wife's file now, that we would start the lengthy process and produce that document. She drafted up a document promising that we would produce that INS apostille document before they issued her approval - and they in turn would keep processing our application.

An associate would not have been able to do that on the fly. If it wasn't for Jenny spending 4 hours going from window to window in that immigration office, talking to one immigration officer after another to get our files approved , we would have been stuck waiting on a document that is 4 months away.

After she convinced them to keep our files in motion, she took us to one of the local medical exam offices and waited for my wife and I to finish out medical exams. She spent 6 hours in Santo Domingo walking us through the process to ensure we didn't have issues - if it wasn't for her, we would be in a pile of dusty files on someone's desk.

Her price is also one of the best around - and its not from her lack of service or commitment.

I cant say enough about the service we have received from her - OUTSTANDING.

Her English is OK (not great) but good enough that there were NO miscommunications between us.
