Water well/ bore hole

Hi All

I would like some advice on drilling for a water source near Troyan.

There are no springs in this actual location - Patreshko but lots of deep dry ravines.

I am hoping this is a good sign.

All advice welcome.

I'm not knowledgeable about the science of borehole drilling... but I'm guessing you can drill one in most places, and the only issue is how deep you'll need to drill to hit water.

Our village house is on the other (south) side of the Balkan Mountains (Shipka way), and most houses in the village have their own well. You could look around your village to confirm if it's common there too.

My neighbour is a Borehole Master, and has a fancy rig that he hauls around the country. But I'd expect your neighbours can recommend a local guy too.
