I do not understand exactly how it works, me and my wife lived in Netherlands, UK, Luxembourg, Hungary and now Turkey. Perhaps depending on age, but one thing is for sure, weight can varies (I am 185 cm and my wife 173cm).

In the UK we were 85kg and 77kg respectively, in Luxembourg 8 kg down, in Hungary even more, in Turkey it is even less (I am now 58 and my wife the same). Is it due to menu or age?
