Yes, there are a LOT of choices!
Amazon is worth looking at (Spain or Germany, to avoid UK/USA to EU issues). Inside Bulgaria, there are plenty of places (all with online stores) to look, including eMag, Technopolis, Praktiker, Decathlon.
Bulgaria also has several bike manufacturers, and I think they all have a range of electric models by now. There's MaxBike (dot bg), LeadersBikes (dot com), and DragZone (dot bg). They have showrooms too, so I'm sure it's easy to go take a look, if that appeals.
Personally, I rather like AliExpress for this kinda stuff, I have two escooters and an awesome fat bike mountain ebike that I bought here. There are some great deals from Chinese manufacturers, you just have to make sure they have an EU warehouse so you don't need to worry about import duties and VAT.
Hard to recommend specifics because the products are evolving so rapidly, and there's a wide range of battery power and top speeds, which kinda depends a lot on where you are, and what you want to do on it. The power alone ranges from 300W to 2000W, with big price (and speed) differences. Then style (road, hybrid, mountain) and folding (or not).
I have a bunch of non-electric bikes, but I do find them tough going now that I'm getting on a bit. Here in Plovdiv, with flat bike paths/Regatta and the low-ish hills (Youth Hill, Monument Hill are only 300m or so) I can manage OK. But I can no longer get up my local peak at our village house (Yellow Beach Peak, 1,500m), it's just too steep and too far.
Depending on your location, an escooter might be an option too. I really enjoy mine, and they're certainly great in Plovdiv on the bike paths. Even in the countryside, they're also feasible, but I think better with a high power/very fast one. (I started with mine at the village, but I just felt too slow/exposed on the escooter, and so I relocated it to Plovdiv, where it's fab.)
However, escooters you do absolutely nothing, so zero exercise. The ebikes you pedal too, and you can take it very easy (max epower), or get a proper workout (minimum electric assist). Most will let you specify 1-5 on assist (0 too, but this is impractical because they're all so heavy).
My ebike was an absolute revelation, as it has a lot of power (1000W), I think the max speed is 65 kph, and it will sail up a gentle hill. For popping over to the supermarket in the next village (3km) or down into Kazanlak for a coffee (11km), it is fantastic... very quick and easy, maybe 1/3 of the time (or less) of using my regular bike (and I won't be hot and exhausted coming back up our hill either). With mine, I can even get up Yellow Beach Peak again. Admittedly, it's a tough workout (even with max assist, I'm on 165 heart rate on some bits, it's that steep), but I can get to the top in under an hour.
My fat bike a ton of fun, and I enjoy it far more than I expected. And, for sure, it can work as both quick transport to the shops, and a proper bike ride on mountain trails. However, the fat tyres (4 inch) are REALLY expensive, and the bike is a monster that weighs a ton (big motor/battery, so maybe it doesn't matter). If I buy another, I'd probably look for a lighter hybrid bike, or a more standard mountain bike type.
Overall, I still like AliExpress, it's got plenty of cheap and cheerful options that one can use as a learning experience... and it's an easy place to shop as all the sellers have feedback ratings. But the more conservative option is to spend a bit more at one of the Bulgarian options mentioned above, as you can look at them/try them, and get some after-sales support.
