Getting married to my Vietnamese partner and visa issues

Hello everyone my nane is Noel,i am at the moment liviing in HoChi Min with my partner who is of course is vietnamise lady we at the moment a building a home,i do have afew questi9ns and i am i am hoping to get a few of them answered or at least pointed in the right diretion for som help.We would like to get marrried either here or in Australia what i have read and heard it is easier to get married in Australia,I would also like to get a temp visa for here or perment stay visa as i would be married .and also get a visa for my partner to go to Australia with me on a tourist visa for a month so i can finalise my affairs in that country,yes we have tried for her but got declined on the grounds that she may stay there and they found she had no real reason to come back here ,what was not informed to the goverment from the persons that we dealt with that she has family here and also two homes in her name and me as a sponser and yes i paid for them as i cant at this stage put them in our name, both of us have enough money more than most to cover the sponership for her ,i ,we have no intentions of living in that country again,yes she doesnt work as i look after her There is a lot more to this  but really i am looking for some direction and someone to help us that is not going to rip me off again.Also looking for a english speaking or part speaking doctor or medical centre for me as i have a couple of issues to deal with.Contructive comments would be much appreciated.
