Post new topic

Michael Lasau

Hi All,

My lawyer send me divorce docs from Malaysia and required the Public Notary stamp on those documents which later I need to courier back to her for filing at Malaysia court. I went to Malaysia consulate but they unable to provide me the stamp, then someone ask me when 184 Pasteur road, but also they cannot produce me the stamp. Is there anyone out there can let me know when can I get my docs notarized in Saigon?

Appreciate it.
Thanks
John

Firstly Congratulations on your divorce! you may want to try here..

Saigon Notary Office, (they offer many services) 136 Nguyen Thai Binh St., Dist. 1, HCMC

Hope this helps...

If that doesn't work, you could try at the Department/Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) (06 Alexandre De Rhodes, D.1).

However, if they can notarize your papers, you might need to have them translated into Vietnamese first, which can be done across from Diamond Plaza at 47 Le Duan street (D.1).

I'd check at the MFA first before you attempt translation process.

Deepsix6 and snake77 have advised you addresses for notary office, but you need to check with your lawyer, since the notarization stamp here is in Vietnamese, I'm not sure if the court in Malaysia will accept/understand it.
