Kuwait is very anti-expat

Many laws in Kuwait make the lives of expats hard. Special treatment is only given to Europeans/Americans.

Kuwaitis only get charged criminally if the crime was done against other Kuwaitis. But, if a car accident happens and it was against a Kuwaiti, good luck. Even if they're at fault, the police will always side to the Kuwaiti. A good example was the Egyptian guard in a campus that did not allow one Kuwaiti to enter. The Kuwaiti just went to the police telling the man was insulting him, and they deported the guy.

I saw a post about Kuwaiti arrogance, it is true. I don't know if most people here turn a blind eye or just fail to notice the maltreatment being done by Kuwaitis. This is reflected by the laws being created against expats, the way they act in the immigration departments, the mannerism in which they talk to expats, the places you're not allowed to go to if you're not a Kuwaiti (yes, it's true).

Many Kuwaitis don't even work properly. They're so good at being late going to work, gossiping and chitchatting the whole day, punching in and out as they please, and just actually work for 2 hours a day of their shifts.

The only thing good going in Kuwait is the high currency. Other than that, the place is a hell hole for expats who aren't white.

There is nothing new in what you have said.  This has been the case for decades.  It has only gotten worse due to the economic problems faced by Kuwait.  There is a reason that Kuwait always ranks at the bottom (not near the bottom but AT THE BOTTOM) in every annual expat survey.

I understand your frustration, but trust me, writing it out online, especially if you live in Kuwait, not a good idea.

I'll remind you of the Egyptian who made a video on tiktok when the dust storm rolled in, he was deported.

the Engineer who said her country should treat Kuwaiti tourists the same, deported.

Their answer to your frustrations will always be the same, I was born there, went to school there, worked there after uni abroad, and you know what that answer will be: if you don't like it, there's the door.
