pool maintenance

Hi, any help appreciated.

Anyone have an idea of how much it is to keep a pool maintained in Burgas area/Bulgaria, I can't do it myself so would need someone to come in weekly or every other week to look after it. It is a potential property to buy, I'm NOT desperate for a pool, but the bungalow is lovely (sadly it comes with a pool lol, bit like my lovely A Dog is Not Just for Christmas bag which came with a rescue dog!! only joking of course).

Does it have a cover if you are not there to use it?

I will be living there, just not really into a pool, but thinking if it is drained I can cover it over.
