About EP cancellation

Hi everyone,

I have a query. I resigned from my old company, cleared Tax as well and I went back my home country at the end of July. However, I had to go back my home country and could not wait for EP cancellation with physical passport so my company help me cancel EP without passport. I already sent company the photo of exit stamp and flight ticket going back home country. Can I go back Malaysia for traveling at the beginning of September?

@Jnn123 it is best for you to return back to Malaysia after your expiry date written on your EP.

This is just to avoid a complication when you travelling back to Malaysia.

but if you managed to reenter Malaysia without hassle, please immediately ask your previous employer to physically cancel the EP.
