Population Registration Certificate

I was asked by a real estate person to provide the following document: nüfus kayıt örneği ( the population registration certificate).

I tried on e-devlet and couldn’t get it. I think it only available for Turkish citizens. So, basically this document lists you & your family and particulars like date of marriage/divorce & your father/mother name etc.

So my question is does anybody know if a foreigner can get this document?

@hameed1239 It means identity register copy - a registered copy of your ID/PASSPORT - translated at a notary office and stamped and signed verifying it as a copy of the original.
