Hello Leena

unfortunaly, one condition is a proof that you are both single. As long as you are not divorced, you never get a long term visa for Belgium.

All information and condition are on this link https://dofi.ibz.be/en/themes/ressortis … e-or-legal

How many years/month you met your companion ?

Hello, thank you for your reply, its been 1 year since we have met  and, we are soulmate,  because everything i wish , he wants it too, like doing everything together,  holding hands walking on sands by the seaside, caring, loads of attention,  pleasing each other, respect,  giving value, and so on..

To get divorce it takes time, i ve seen a lawyer and i ve explain my situation.

Though it takes time and we wish to live together1f625.svg1f625.svg
