Will clear salary dues once visa transfer is completed

Dears

I have been terminated verbally from the company and told that you can transfer the visa in 2 weeks after will make the settlement and the passport will be handed over as they already given the mobility.

My question is what to do now as I already requested them to clear my salary now and give the passport once the visa transfer is completed as per your wish.

please let me know what are my legal rights here as i am still in probation period?

can they deduct any amount for the visa?

also they are saying will not cancel once the transfer is completed.

need your help with this.
