Phil from the UK. I'm in PY from the 20th. September 2024 for three weeks to start the process of TR. I've found a lawyer, Jeronimo, from Paraguay Residency. He seems OK unless anyone knows any different.
As I understand the TR process shouldn't take more than a few days? I also understand that there is a two-month hiatus before you can apply for the CEDULA? Which means I will have to return within 6 months?
While I'm n PY I'd like to find some decent estate agents. I'm looking for a decent house with a bit of land outside of a town of city.
